Our Migraine Buster IV is for the times when pain, light sensitivity, and nausea make it nearly impossible to function. As a trauma-informed, nurse-led service, we designed this protocol to feel both medically grounded and deeply compassionate for those who live with intense headaches.

This drip begins with focused hydration to support circulation and medication delivery, often easing that tight, throbbing feeling as your body rebalances. Toradol helps address moderate to severe head and body pain without narcotics, so you can experience meaningful relief while staying clear-headed.

For nausea, Zofran is included to calm the stomach and reduce the urge to vomit, which is especially important when migraine keeps you from keeping fluids or medications down. Pepcid supports the upper GI tract, offering comfort if irritability or reflux is adding to your discomfort.
We incorporate Magnesium, which is often used in migraine care for its role in nerve and muscle relaxation. Many clients notice a gradual softening of neck and shoulder tension as the infusion progresses. B‑12 and a balanced B‑Complex blend support the nervous system and energy pathways, helping you feel less drained once the worst of the pain eases.

A small dose of caffeine is carefully used as an adjunct, as it can enhance the effectiveness of certain pain medications and support blood vessel regulation in many migraine patterns. Dexamethasone may be included to help reduce inflammatory components and potentially decrease the risk of early recurrence.
During your visit, a registered nurse monitors your comfort, light sensitivity, and vital signs in a calm, quiet environment. We talk through your migraine history, current medications, and warning signs that would require higher‑level care. Our goal is to help you move from locked‑in pain back toward clarity, so you can re‑enter your day with a softer body and a quieter mind.
